Are your seeds legal to purchase?
Yes. Our hemp seeds are compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill, containing less than 0.3% Δ9 THC on a dry weight basis. However, hemp laws vary by state and country — it is your responsibility to know and follow your local regulations before purchasing.
Do you ship to all states?
We ship to most U.S. states where hemp cultivation is permitted. Due to varying laws, we cannot ship to certain restricted states. Please check your state’s hemp regulations before placing an order.
Are these seeds feminized?
Yes, most of our CBD hemp seeds are feminized, meaning they are bred to produce female plants that generate resin-rich flowers. Any non-feminized (regular) seed offerings will be clearly labeled.
What’s the difference between hemp seeds and cannabis seeds?
Legally, hemp is defined as cannabis containing no more than 0.3% Δ9 THC. Our seeds are bred specifically for CBD-rich, compliant hemp production. Cannabis seeds for higher-THC varieties are not part of our CBD hemp program.
Will these seeds produce compliant plants?
When grown under recommended conditions, our genetics are bred to remain under the federal 0.3% Δ9 THC limit. However, environmental factors such as stress, light cycles, and nutrient schedules can influence cannabinoid levels — growers are responsible for compliance testing before harvest.
Can I grow these seeds indoors or outdoors?
