At Select Fire Seed Co., we take pride in providing high-quality seeds, clones, and related products. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final except in limited circumstances described below.


1. All Sales Final

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason other than items damaged during shipping or incorrect items sent. This policy is in place to protect product integrity and comply with industry regulations.


2. Eligibility for a Replacement or Store Credit

You may be eligible for a replacement or store credit if:

  • The item you received was damaged upon delivery.
  • You received the wrong product compared to your order confirmation.

Important: We do not guarantee germination, viability, or yield of seeds, as these outcomes depend on factors beyond our control (e.g., growing conditions, methods, environment).


3. Reporting an Issue

To request a replacement or store credit, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • Keep all original packaging until your claim is resolved.

4. Shipping for Replacements

If a replacement is approved:

  • We will cover shipping costs for incorrect or damaged items.
  • Replacements are subject to product availability. If unavailable, store credit will be issued.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Cannabis seeds, clones, or plant material.
  • Any opened or tampered packaging.
  • Sale or clearance items.

6. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update this Limited Return Policy at any time without notice. The latest version will always be posted on our website.
